Martin de Koning is the owner of the house and Speaks English, French, German, Italian and Dutch.

Mrs. Eleonora Bava is your first point of contact and will welcome you when you arrive at Il Pavone Reale. She will help you arrange transportation to and from the airport and will be happy to help with other arrangements like taxi, baby sitting, cleaning etc.

Paolo Ranaldo is a professional catering chef who has created many wonderful dinners and lunches for large and small groups at Il Pavone Reale. In the best Italian tradition, he creates delicious food from simple ingredients. Especially his desserts are stunning.
You may see Renzo around the house as he looks after the gardens, the pool and other facilities on the property.
Biaggio is our friendly next door neighbour and has been a farmer for all of his life. You will probably see him passing by on his tractor as he works and looks after the land on and around the property.


Baby sitting

If you want to go out for dinner or other activities, baby sitting services for your children can be provided.

City Tours

If you’d prefer not to deal with Italian traffic, a city tour to Torino (Turin) or Genova can be arranged with a mini bus and an English speaking guide if you so wish. Both cities are approx. 1 hour’s drive and are well worth a visit. If you’d prefer a tour through the surrounding country side we can provide that as well.

Wine tasting ~ Olive tasting

You may want to visit some vineyards and taste some of the local wine. The region is famous for its excellent wine so there are many interesting vineyards you can visit. Alternatively, the local enoteca can organize a wine tasting at Il Pavone Reale if that has your preference. The same can be arranged for olive oil tasting.

Additional cleaning services

If you would like to have additional cleaning services at the estate during your stay we are happy to provide this. This can range from once half-way during your stay to 1 or two hours a day. Please let us know in advance and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Multi-purpose conference room

Recently, a 72 m2 multi-purpose conference room (12 x 6 meters) was added on the ground floor. This large room is ideally suited for conferences, meetings, work shops or as a rehearsal space. The tables and chairs can be easily moved off to the side of the room to create a large open space if required. The conference room comes with a separate kitchen, toilet facilities and wardrobe as well as a large screen for presentation purposes. You can rent this space separately or with the rest of the villa. The conference room can easily accommodate 20 -25 people. We can help with lunch arrangements if necessary.
